Welcome to the Rock City Concerts (formerly GreenLight Productions) in-house ticketing service. On this page, you may purchase tickets in advance to our upcoming shows, saving you money and guaranteeing your entry to the show. PLEASE read and understand the following when using this website...
We do not ship tickets! - even though Paypal will e-mail you saying that your item has been shipped, you will not receive tickets in the mail. Upon completing your order, your name will be added to an automatic will call list and you may claim your tickets at the show by printing your receipt and bringing it with you to the show. If it is not possible to print your receipt, a state-issed ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) will be sufficient.
Sorry, their are no refunds or
exchanges on any purchases from the website. All
information and details about events are subject
to change and cancellation without refund. In the
event the artist cancels an event, the event will
be rescheduled within one year of cancellation or
the purchaser will be given a full refund minus
service fees. All tickets sold for events will no
longer be on sale after midnight the night before
the event.
