Save Money and GUARANTEE your entry to the show! All online tickets orders are placed through a will-call system only... Meaning, we do not ship tickets to your house once you order them, your name is immediately added to an electronic list and you will pick up your tickets when you get to the show.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY TICKETS? After purchasing tickets, you will receive an e-mail from Paypal thanking you for your order with us, enclosed with a receipt. It is suggested that you print that receipt and bring it with you to the show, however if your entire party will be arriving at the same time, you may also gain entry by showing your photo/non-paper Driver's License. If your party will be arriving at different times, you may print multiple copies of the receipt and check-in in groups or one at a time.

GREENLIGHT PRODUCTIONS ONLINE TICKET STORE charges a small service fee to cover the paypal/card transactions, but these fees are much lower than similar websites and for many shows is around $1.00-$1.50. ALL EVENTS are subject to changes in location, time, price, artists performing, cancellations, etc. GreenLight Productions does not guarantee that events will not be cancelled by the artist, in which case tickets will be valid only at a re-scheduled event by the artist, when available for a make-up show. In the rare event that an event is cancelled by GreenLight Productions, refunds will be given to all purchasers (minus service fees), except in cases where events are quickly rescheduled. GreenLight Productions is not responsible for any injuries, lost/stolen property, or your safety in any way when attending GreenLight Productions events, so please exercise caution.
